Plant Warranty & Product Return Policy

We warranty trees and shrubs for one year with a one-time store credit, provided they were properly installed and maintained. *

Perennials and grasses are subject to a same season only warranty, with a one-time store credit - provided they were installed and maintained properly. *

Exclusions: tropical plants, house plants, annuals and aquatic plants are NOT warrantied. Also not warrantied are any plants that have died due to neglect, extreme weather conditions (drought, flood, extreme temperatures), animal and pest damage, damage caused by people or equipment, or plants having been installed beneath the home's soffit.

* NOTE: In order for Lavish Gardens to provide you with a store credit for a dead plant, you need to bring proof of purchase (original store receipt) as well as the dead plant for inspection.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase receipt, original tags & packaging). Discounted merchandise (flash sales, storewide discounts)  are subject to store credit only, unless specified otherwise. Seasonal and clearance sale merchandise is FINAL SALE - no returns.
