Lavish Gardens Wins National Award of Landscape Excellence

We were surprised and honoured in the spring of 2025 to be nominated within the Circle of Excellence by the Canadian Nursery and Landscape Association (CNLA) for our Retreat Gardens design - a master landscape plan and installation that we completed for a sprawling cottage estate near Port Hope, Ontario.
Each provincial Landscape association nominates three recipients from their provincial awards winners for the National Award of Landscape Excellence, out of which top horticultural companies are nominated for the national award.
We traveled to Regina, Saskatchewan in August to gather with over 100 industry leaders for a Canada-wide networking event and industry tour, and to attend the National Awards of Landscape Excellence gala, in which winners of the 22nd Annual National Awards of Excellence were announced. We were stunned when Lavish Gardens Inc. was announced as the winner in the Landscape Design category. So many incredible projects were nominated for categories ranging from residential and commercial landscape construction to maintenance, with outstanding achievement awards for green innovation, use of plants, landscape feature and community projects.
It was an incredible honour to be recognized at the national level for our dedication to our trade. Thank you to Landscape Ontario trade association and the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association for the incredible support you provide for the members of the landscape industry.
