Trap & Lure - Box Tree Moth (Boxwood)

Price

C$56.99

The box tree moth (Cydalima perspectalis) is an invasive insect native to east Asia that, in Canada, causes significant irreversible damage and death of boxwood shrubs. Damage to boxwood shrubs (Buxus spp.) has been observed in Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Over the last two years, we have seen damage along the 401 corridor, with plant deaths occurring in Port Hope, Belleville, Prince Edward County.

This trap and lure only attracts the box tree moth adults and is safe for beneficial insects. Use from end of May to October.
