Join Me: How to Think Like a Designer

This spring, I'm hosting an evening workshop at the nursery that I've been wanting to put together for a long time. Whether you're starting from scratch or rethinking a garden that just isn't quite working, How to Think Like a Designer when Planning your Garden will walk you through the principles I come back to again and again.

We'll cover a range of garden types - how to layer a pollinator garden for season-long bloom, how to design a productive yet beautiful vegetable bed, how to make containers look intentional rather than plain ordinary, how to work with shade rather than against it, and how to bring a mini-meadow to life without it looking like neglect.

We'll meet on the evening of Thursday, May 14th at 5:30 pm, right here at the Lavish Gardens Shoppe. Tickets are $50, and every attendee will receive a $50 gift certificate to put toward plants - so you'll leave with both a new way of seeing your garden and something to plant in it.
